My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was perfect for exploring downtown area and accessing local restaurants, but the room was disappointing with a dark atmosphere and old walls. The service was average with the availability of car hire and tours/ticket assistance. Despite some shortcomings, the convenient location made it easy to move around.

The room I stayed in was very dark and had a horrible view of old walls. It needed refreshing and had some issues like lack of A/C in one room and no outlets in the other. However, it did feature cable TV and air conditioning.

I found the hotel to be in a convenient location, close to downtown Cancun and with easy access to restaurants. The rooms, although a bit worn out, were spacious and fairly priced for Cancun. The rowdy environment outside all night was a downside, as people were loud and disruptive until early morning.
